The Li Halan of FS3 have undergone a surprise change of leadership, with the abdication of Prince Flavius, and the asent of Prince Akira. There is much more going on within the house than might first be apparent. Akira is far more than he appears to be, a dedicated adherent of the Universal Faith, and a secret Theurgist, dedicated to pious, but non-Church path.
Li Halan Fiefs
The Li Halan is a conservative house, socially organized into a strict cast system and closely allied with the Universal Church. Prior to the house’s conversion to the Universal Faith (4416), the Li Halan culture was associated with unspeakable evils and insane philosophies, including antinomy. House Li Halan has long held the “Garden Worlds” (Kish, Icon, and Midian), while during the Emperor Wars they lost Malignatius to House Decados and conquered Rampart from the Merchant League in the same conflict. In addition, Ungavorox is a Li Halan protectorate.

Grand Duke Tan Fou Maximino Li Halan (born 4958): Maximino is planetary duke of Icon and the younger brother if the former Prince Flavius. He is unpredictable, more prone to the sudden enthusiasms of his father’s Hazat blood than the restrained nature of his mother’s Li Halan blood. An Obun assistant, Verji Thuss, is attached to him as an advisor (some say chaperone). Politically, Maximino is a vocal opponent of Alexius I and was one of the strongest advocates for Flavius’ bid for the Phoenix Throne. He hates all things Hawkwood. For all his eccentricities, Maximino is a generous and successful ruler, and his bureaucracy, in which even serfs can hold posts, is one of the best in the Phoenix Empire.
A pleasant world except for the hot and humid equatorial zone, Icon is heavily forested, with high mountains and fertile plains. Despite being a relatively “wet” world, only about 32% of the planet’s surface is water, the majority of water being tied up in the jungle and monsoon weather systems. Icon’s sun is not too affected by the fading suns phenomenon, making the world stable and balanced.
Legend has it that Icon was first colonized by followers of Zebulon, or indeed by the Prophet himself. But what is known is that Lucifer Li Halan (ca.2600-c.2740s) conquered Icon from native Warlords in 2637, over eight decades before the Prophet had his vision of the Holy Flame. During the Second Republic, Icon resisted Republican rule and became a haven for the Republic’s opposition, particularly Church theologians who wanted nothing to do with corruptive technology and oppressive democratic rule. With the Fall, House Li Halan assumed total power on Icon, enforcing their pre-conversion blasphemies as state religion and fashioning the nobility as divine beings to be worshipped by the masses. The decadence and vileness cultivated on Icon in the following centuries were attempts to feed dark gods the vibrations of soul agony. The darkest period in the planet’s history was the Dynasty of Seven Demons (4023-4337), during which time the vile house faith was conducted in the open. This was followed by the Four Winds Dynasty (4337-4416) when the twisted philosophies were confined to privacy, making the studies of dark arts a serious philosophy rather than a bacchanalian lifestyle and during which martial politics were favored over organized decadence. Prince Rikard Cardano Li Halan (4370-4559), last of the Four Winds dynasts, lead the house against barbarian incursions, but the cruel taxes he dictated spawned a civil war that engulfing Kish and Icon in 4416. Prince Cardano brutally crushed the Kish rebellion and moved on to Icon where he destroyed the rebel army in the Battle of the Valley of Skulls. The young rebel leader, Count Aurelio Li Halan, was sent fleeing into the deep Ur-caverns of the Twerrid Mountains where Prince Cardano caught up with him only to be gripped by empyrean visions. House Li Halan converted from its diabolical house religion to Urth Orthodoxy, and humane reforms were implemented over night. After the conversion, House Li Halan declared a cleansing of alien ideas on Icon, a planet whose population were influenced by Vau philosophies from nearby Manitou. For centuries Icon authorities fought to root out any Vau influences, and many atrocities were committed in the name of goodness. Icon was largely spared the Emperor Wars and no large battles were in the Icon system. The Icon St. Solius Fleet served in a support fashion, seeing little fighting except when Flavius’ pushed for the Phoenix Throne. The St. Solius Fleet is therefore among the strongest planetary defense fleets in the Phoenix Empire having suffered little attrition.
Apart from a few trouble spots, Icon is a stable Li Halan world. The major areas of unrest are, the city of Neuventia in the north-eastern hemisphere (liberated from the Musters’ Guild in 4979, whose population is largely pro-Muster), and the Fatamer forest inhabited by heretics. Parjyrr is a foreboding region brimming with ancient evils wrought by the past Demon Princes of House Li Halan. Here Prince Ustirin (4201-4322), mixing forbidden science and magic fueled by energies emanating from the preadamic ruins, attempted to create a gateway to the unreflective realms Below. The place became cursed, and today life won’t thrive in a 100-mile radius from the site. Parjyrr is a restricted area where evils roam and is too large to be effectively policed.
The population of Icon is estimated to 512 million humans. Religiously, the population is a mix of the most conservative Orthodoxy and rural heresies that prove resilient even after centuries of persecution. In particular, rural communities often practice faiths inspired by Vau influences. Eskatonics also hold Icon sacred due to powerful energies emanating from the planet’s core in crisscrossing lay-line patterns, and many believe the very world is alive.

Prince Akira Li Halan (born c.4990): Little is known about House Li Halan’s current ruler, the young Prince Akira. Unrelated to the former Prince Flavius, and apparently not even of royal blood, Akira was presented as Flavius’ adopted son and heir to the Li Halan and Imperial courts in 5007. In 5008, Flavius officially abdicated in favor of Akira, and although his succession has not been without its opposition, Flavius was adamant about his choice of successor. Only time will tell if the new Prince will be able to bring the diverse interests of the house to heel. An army of advisers and bodyguards constantly surrounds the young Prince. He has yet to make a mark in house and interstellar politics and is often described as “a watcher and thinker, rather than a talker”.
Brother Flavius Li Halan (born 4952): Like his brother, Grand Duke Maximino of Icon, Flavius is of mixed Li Halan and Hazat heritage. His mother was Princess Melissa (4931–4994), lead the house from 4960 till she abdicated in 4979, and his father was Count Stephano de Montana Hazat (4925-4960) who served as military advisor and sometimes army commander for Flavius’ grandfather, Prince Justinian Shanquin Li Halan (4890-4951). Although a strict ruler, Flavius was regarded as a fair Prince and he was well-liked. It came as a complete surprise when Flavius announced his abdication as Prince of House Li Halan in 5008. He is believed to aid Prince Akira as an advisor, but has formally joined a local monastery and now lives as a monk.
Duchess Cresentia Meih Li Halan (born 4980): Duchess Cresentia – the Maiden of Butterflies - is the daughter of the former Prince Flavius. She is well educated and politically savvy, having spent much time in Li Halan institutions of learning as well as on Holy Terra and Mars. In 5001-5002 she spent one year at the Phoenix Court and is a frequent visitor to Byzantium Secundus and Holy Terra. She now serves as one of Prince Akira’s closest advisors, his eyes on Imperial politics and court matters.
Archbishop Marcion Li Halan – Metropolitan of the Kish Metropilae (born 4928): Archbishop Marcoin is a hardliner Orthodox theologian who has dedicated his career to attacking the teachings of non-Orthodox sects. Although politically forced to tolerate the Eskatonic Sect, he has never accepted their heterodoxy and other non-Orthodoxy sects fare little better. No, all should fall in line with the one true teaching of the Prophet Zebulon (as interpreted by the Urth Orthodoxy). Archbishop Marcion has in the past spoken warmly of Theocracy as a form of government. Baring only the Patriarch and the Syneculla, Marcion is the highest Church authority in Li Halan space (including Rampart and Ungavorox), and his Metropilae also includes Apshai (claimed), Manitou (contested by the Cadavus Metropilae), and Grail.
Kish is largely desert studded with deeply weathered mountains. The deserts are not barren, for hardy plant and animal life survives in all regions. Less than 12% of the surface is covered in water, although regular rainfall occurs in the northern hemisphere and the southern region of Greenswarth. The temperatures are high but bearable due to low air humidity.
The exact date of the discovery of Kish, originally called Escoral, is lost, the earliest known reference being a star map from the late 25th century. As the First Republic, crumbled, the planet’s governor Adriano, representative to the Shen Corporation owned by the Li Halan Takeda merchant clan, seized the planet and named himself Adriano I, Protector of Kish (c.2525). With Adriano’s son, Lucifer (c.2600–c.2740) the Li Halan’s dabbling in darkness began, as he formed the Compact of Lucifer with the demon Pangeren. Following the Human-Ukari War (2855-2892), many Ukari found refuge at the Li Halan court, one of whom became the consort of Princess Casandra Li Halan (c.2960-3033). That result of this union was Leonardo the Magnificent (3011–3217), who united the Li Halan, conquered Icon, Cadavus, and Midan, and declared the house destined to rule the universe. During the Second Republic, the vulgar diabolism was toned down and democratic power began to assert itself on Kish, but after the Fall demonism was again openly practiced. After Prince Cardano’s conversion on Icon (4416), House Li Halan became closely allied with the Universal Church and in 4690 the two powers briefly spurred a theocracy in the Known Worlds. Halvor Li Halan (4660–4691) was the second son of Prince Rinaldo the Pentecost Li Halan (c.4610–4678), and quickly rose in the clergy, becoming Archbishop of Kish in 4684 at age 24. Two years later, his brother, Prince Rajmund the Unready (4655–4686), fell in battle against barbarians and Halvor inherited leadership of the house. With Universal Church support, the Archbishop-Prince was elected Regent in 4688, and when Patriarch Wiold IV died, Halvor was elected for that office as well (4690). Halvor called upon the bishops to declare holy war on any power that dare defy him and then united the offices of Regent and Patriarch without objection from the regency council representatives. Five months later, Theocrat Halvor I fell sick, and over the course of just nine days, wasted away and died. For the next century House Li Halan threaded carefully in interstellar politics, down-sizing its military. But in 4816, Prince Xiao Li Halan (4778-4897), great grandson of Halvor, introduced Hazat advisors to reform the military and sent his sons to be fostered in Hazat courts, earning distrust from traditionalists who were skeptical to the Hazat influence. In 4897, Prince Justinian Shanquin Li Halan (4890–4951) inherited his father’s title and returned to Kish with a retinue of Hazat advisors. The traditionalist rebelled in 4950, but the Prince’s war-consultant, Count Stephano de Montana Hazat (4925–4960), put it down. So impressed was Prince Justinian with Count Stephano’s victory that he wed his daughter, Melissa (4931–4994), to the Hazat count in 4951. But a few months later Prince Justinian passed away after a lifelong battle with illnesses, and was followed by his son, Benedict Li Halan (4933–4960). In 4960, both Prince Benedict and Count Stephano perished while defending Li Halan holdings on Rampart, and Melissa became Princess. She immediately began grooming her two sons for important positions, and in 4979 she abdicated in favor Flavius. Prince Flavius rose to the challenge and unified the house, crushed upstart rebellions and lead his house to many victories, and in 4992 almost won the Phoenix Throne. After making peace with Alexius I and supporting the Hawkwood to Emperorhood, Flavius concentrated on consolidating the house and building a stable peace-time economy.
The capital world of House Li Halan, Kish is an conservative planet that changed very little with the Emperor Wars, and the residents consider the relative chaos of surrounding worlds to be proof that the Li Halan are the only rulers worthy of the title. Rural outbreaks of discontent are swiftly crushed, and little word of these ever reaches off-world. Desert tribes, the Ishwin Confederacy, live in the harsh Navaro Desert and are tied to House Li Halan by blood and oath, making the fiercest warriors of the house. Originally independent, their power was largely crushed by Cardano and now the tribes have only limited autonomy, yet they remain loyal to House Li Halan.
The people of Kish are devout and tough, competitive in play and ruthless in war, and firm in their belief that they are the Pancreator’s favored. The entire population is Orthodox in belief, and heresies have a hard time finding a foothold. The human population is almost 150 million.

Duke Augustus Zhu Li Halan (born 4974): The planetary duke of Midian, called “Governor of Icon” by ancient custom, is the son of the former Prince Flavius. Known for his judicial fairness, Duke Augustus is a skilled leader able to defuse explosive situations with soft words and rhetoric. In 4999 he shocked his family by taking a Decados mistress, the beautiful Marquessa Ninochka Decados, who has since gained status as his concubine (meaning that any legitimate children she produces will be recognized as legal offspring). Many believe that Flavius’ decision to appoint Akira as heir to House Li Halan was a direct result of Augustus fraternizing with the Decados courtier.
Archbishop Mezenzikes (born 4940): “The old Wizard” Mezenzikes is a strikingly social and down-to-earth Archbishop and by his own admission is more politician than theologian. He has a deep interest in heresies and assumes personal responsibility for the conversion of heretics on Midian, pursuing his task with compassion and rhetoric rather than a strong arm. He is a supporter of Emperor Alexius I, and a proponent of launching a Phoenix crusade against the barbarians. Another concern of his is the health and happiness of the poor, and he has openly spoken out against the use of slave labor.
Midian is dominated by one super-continent (divided into the sub-continents of Tashrak and Zujan) and the smaller Lyonesse continent in the north-western hemisphere, and roughly one quarter of the surface is water. The planet is going through a mini-ice age that has led to colder poles and a shrinking tropical belt at the equator (overall the planet is slightly colder than Urth). Midian is a fertile world with the landmass receiving abundant rainfall.
Discovered around 2490, many factions settled on Midian and the first few centuries saw countless civil wars and rebellions. On this war-torn planet was born one of the most influential people of human history, the nobleman Palamedes Alecto (2753–3020). He spent his childhood training for battle, and then fought many shifting alliances of Midian, before the Prophet converted him to a higher calling (2775). Palamedes was never among Zebulon’s most spiritual followers, but he aided the cause with organization and supplies, and donated lands on Midian where one of the earliest churches was then built (St. Palamedes Cathedral in the present day town of Santo Alecto). When Zebulon disappeared in 2849, Palamedes rallied the downhearted followers and organized the Universal Church of the Celestial Sun, declaring himself the first Patriarch (2850). As the Universal Faith spread across Midian it came into conflict with the mercantile republic centered on Lyonesse, who were unimpressed with Zebulon’s message. House Alecto and their allies formed the Orthodox Unionist confederation, and attacked Lyonesse in 3030, beginning an 11-year war. The Unionist armies were vast and slowly won ground, and after the disastrous Battle of Vout (3038), Lyonesse faced full invasion and so it tuned to Prince Leonardo the Magnificent of Kish for aid. He responded by crushing the Orthodox Unionists in a three-year war, naming himself Protector of Midian, and carving large family estates from the vanquished Unionists lands. House Li Halan became the de-facto leaders of Midian, although the planet retained local representative governments. During the Second Republic, House Li Halan gained dictatorial powers on Midian under Markain the Magnificent (ruled 3796–3829). The Fall saw the Midian trade routes suffer but House Li Halan averted disaster by stimulating an agrarian economy with their wealth, almost bankrupting themselves in the process. Following the death of Theocrat Halvor I in 4691, the leadership of House Li Halan fell to his son Constantine (4673-4769), who remained Theocrat for a few weeks before the nobles forced a new Patriarchal election. Constantine retired as Regent and moved his court to Midian in 4692. Constantine’s grandson, Prince Khaddan (4766–4814), launched a failed invasion of Rampart from Midian in 4814, resulting in a counter-invasion that cost him his life. Khaddan’s younger brother, Xiao (4778–4879), great-grandfather of Flavius, become Prince and moved the court back to Kish in 4816. During the Emperor Wars, Midian sent many soldiers to strengthen the Kish war machine, while the local war effort focused on defending Midian space. Following the Li Halan conquest of Rampart in 4991, Midian space saw continuing League aggression, but stood fast against the technologically superior enemy. With attention fixed on the Emperor Wars, heresies began spreading like cancer throughout Midian, the most successful being the Incarnate White Brotherhood that still thrives in the Zujan wilderness.
The island continent of Lyonesse is uncharacteristically high tech, housing the great shipyards and tech factories on which House Li Halan have traditionally based their power (now receiving strong competition from Rampart). Lyonesse retains a constitution but acknowledges being a personal fief of the Li Halan Prince. Anyone working in Lyonesse factories or businesses of particular importance to the House is summarily awarded the status as freemen. On Midian, the fear of Apshai influence overshadows many other concerns, perhaps equaled only by the threat of heretical guerilla rebels.
Some 670 million humans populate Midian. The planet is culturally divided between the Li Halan culture and the Lyonesse technologist freemen society. The planet’s religious heritage is pounded into the minds of all the residents, many of whom nonetheless abandoned the Orthodoxy during the Emperor Wars to join the multitude of new sects that sprang up.

Countess Magu Li Halan (born 4963): Rampart has yet to receive a planetary duke, being governed instead by Countess Magu on the Prince’s behalf. To consolidate Li Halan support she gave tax lifts in return and encouraged the development of a new merchant class loyal to her house. But over time, resentment grew with the old middle class and elements of the defeated Rampart military, spreading to pockets in all levels of society. Today, Governor Countess Magu Li Halan is extremely unpopular in many areas, and attempts at her life are frequent, resulting in intensified crackdowns, arrests, and executions. The Countess’s troops are now forced to patrol the streets of many cities and enforce a strict curfew.
A pleasant world, Rampart was experiencing a minor ice age when discovered. Heavy terraforming amended this, but Rampart has again started cooling in the 4770s, now being temperate to cold. The gravity is lower than Urth standard (0.89 G), causing higher mountains. Rampart has only primitive mammalian life. One continuing landmass, divided by two seas, cover more than 67% of the planet.
Rampart, discovered sometime in the mid-26th century, has a long tradition for stubborn independence. It was one of the first worlds to break away from the First Republic, becoming a province of the exiled Consiglio merchant princes (early 2590s). During the 27th century the Consiglios and Li Halan families gradually merged. In time an alliance of scientists and technocrats, the Associations, demanded independence from the Li Halan backed merchant princes, and a war broke out across Rampart, ending in The Associations victory in 3103. The Associations remained in power for the remainder of the Diaspora and the Second Republic, but during the Fall, Rampart was claimed by the D’Rouge Glace noble clan (3996). The D’Rouge Glace imported foodstuffs from nearby Grange (Pandemonium), but when Grange became a Lost World (4000), famine wracked Rampart. The D’Rouge Glace clan committed an unspeakable crime (c.4050) and was declared heretical by the Universal Church. The family is now cursed, and every fourth generation child is born with crimson skin. House Li Halan replaced the D’Rouge Glace rule, but the Associations, backed by a starving populace, seizing power in 4112. In 4322, Rampart allied with Leagueheim, and in 4352 became member of the newly established Merchant League. After Prince Cardano’s conversion in 4416, tension between Rampart and the Garden Worlds increased, and House Li Halan lost all power here during Constantine Li Halan’s reign. For a time Rampart remained the most technologically advanced world of the New Dark Ages, and its leaders spoke openly of creating a Third Republic, but in 4715 disaster befell the world. Debris from the meteorite Kung-1 fell upon Rampart, destroying the city of New London and causing a dust cloud to block the sun for seven years. Rampart was slowly restored, although her technical sophistication never quite recovered. In 4950, Rampart became a radical anarchistic and technosophical democracy. During the Emperor Wars, Rampart was eyed by many powers, and in 4990 House Li Halan, backed by the Universal Church and local Charioteers and nobles, invaded. The pro-Li Halan natives captured the capital of Avaneir late in 4991, after which Rampart swiftly capitulated on the eve of the New Year. Leaguemeister Spear chose, for reasons unknown, not to send Merchant League reinforcements to aid Rampart.
Technologically powerful Rampart is a key Li Halan world, without which the house would struggle to remain a Royal House. Rampart has greatly added to the strength of the Li Halan fleet. Some resistance from the former government still remains, although the Li Halan allows a limited and supervised form of democracy in certain regions. The world chokes under the stifling Li Halan ‘reforms’ and, restrictions on trade and education have strangled the Avaneir University, former powerbase of the Associations.
Native Rampart culture is now largely restricted, with the orthodox Li Halan customs enforced. Much resistance to the Li Halan still rule continues, especially the guerilla movement called the Rampart Resistance in the Ceremanique Mountains, and the heretical Vau-inspired Zhi-Su religion found in some rural areas. Approximately 423 million Humans live here. Several big cities are on the brink of rebellion, led by the forlorn pre-conquest mercantile and public servant middle class.

Kummanga – King of Ungavorox (born 4956): King Kummanga rules the civilized territories of Ungavorox, although the Li Halan fiefs, consisting of almost 1/3 of his territory, regard him a puppet ruler. Kummanga has learned how to play that game, cultivating allies among other Phoenix Empire factions. He is quite independent, which regularly gets him into trouble with his Li Halan overlords.
KagongKagong (born 4973): KagongKagong – “Chief of the Feral Vorox” – is the most successful uncivilized Vorox. Although he controls only his own angerak, enough wild Vorox are inspired by him to warrant the title. At times, KagongKagong has led alliances of feral angeraks against Li Halan and civilized Vorox communities, and there is a bounty of 18.000 firebirds on his head, rising with every season. But so far, not a single bounty hunter who has gone after him has returned from the jungle. Li Halan authorities fear KagongKagong is acquiring more followers every year.
Kabrannagu (born 4977): Kabrannagu is a political opponent of King Kummanga. He has earned a name for himself leading successful assaults against feral tribes, and it is believed several Li Halan nobles plot a coup to dethrone the King and elevate Kabrannagu.
Ungavorox is a young world with many active volcanic regions and water cover 56% of the surface. A supercontinent, Ungava, is divided into seven subcontinents by turbulent seas and soaring mountain ranges, and three lesser continents and numerous archipelagos make up the remaining dry land. The thick upper atmosphere disperses space radiation in impressive aurora lightshows and blasted meteors cause lightning storms to spread like spiderwebs. The homeworld of the Vorox is a vicious environment composing many conflicting biomes, breading some of the fiercest predators in the Empire.
Second Republic explorer discovered Ungavorox in the late 39th century, but the dense cloud of interstellar dust that engulf the system, creating navigational difficulties that dissuaded closer exploration until 3937. The first exploration missions succumbed to the violent flora, fauna, geography, and weather within days. With stubborn persistence, however, exploration continued, and by the end of the decade a fortified permanent settlement, Cameroon, was under construction. Humanity had already made contact with the Vorox, although no-one thought these ultraviolent, albeit tools wielding, beasts were sentient, for even the “tamed” specimens displayed only animal intelligence (possibly because of destructive taming techniques). But in 3974, sentience was proved as Vorox attacked a “domestication facility”, using captured munitions and equipment, and leaving warnings scrawled in human blood on the walls. The Second Republic senate issued a thorough investigation in early 3975, leading to the arrest of all company leaders and several staff members on the planet, for crimes against sentients. The Vorox were welcomed into the society of sentient races despite a great deal of prejudice. With the New Dark Ages the industrial exploitation of Ungavorox ceased, and Human and Vorox relations improved, some Vorox even adopting Human custom and modeling their villages on human civilization. Ungavorox remained independent till Prince Tupal Li Halan (3995-4101), developed an interest in impressive Vorox. Prince Tupal ultimately failed in building an army of loyal Vorox, but Prince Ustirin the Unspeakable (4201-4322) had more success. He discovered the ruins of a Second Republic domestication camp and recreated its “taming” techniques. He made the savage techniques even crueler, managing to break several Vorox and rebuild them as soldier drones. In the end however, His Vorox assault division proved too unruly for large-scale use, as they were just as likely to attack comrades-in-arms as the enemy. It was under Ustirin that the de-clawing practice began, originally as a punishment. By the time of Prince Cardano (4370-4559), de-clawing had become a status symbol among the “civilized” Vorox as the de-clawed enjoyed privileges and power. The Vorox proved indispensible to House Li Halan during the Emperor Wars, bearing the brunt of many key battles. King Kummanga has remained a warmonger since the Emperor Wars, desiring new theatres of battle for Vorox to exploit, and he is a strong supporters for a crusade against the Kurga Caliphate.
Ungavorox is a self-governed world, although Hosue Li Halan controls most of its off-world contact. Still, the Merchant League has established independent business ventures with civilized Vorox, and King Kummanga has forged ties with House al-Malik. The jungle wilderness, although rich in natural resources, is a deadly place, and in addition to hosts of predatory critters, beasts, and plants, it is also the domain of feral Vorox tribes who opposes civilization and the (in their view) debasement of Vorox culture practiced by “tame” Vorox.
The culture of civilized Vorox is unique in the Phoenix Empire, leading a “tamed” version of the feral culture, which replaces many of the violent customs with symbolic representations. The most important institution in any Vorox’ life is his pack-family, or angerak (sometimes includes non-Vorox), for which most Vorox will sacrifice themselves with little hesitation. Although the fellowship of civilized Vorox and their Li Halan overlords have been painted as a super-angerak, the notion is only partially established. Both feral and civilized Vorox practice a primitive animistic religion with the local sun recognized as an all-father deity. This religion is technically illegal, but is tolerated by most on Ungavorox. The planet’s population is estimated to about 100 million Vorox (the civilized in slight majority) and 500.000 Humans.
